Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once we receive your request for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, of course. Our ultimate goal is the absolute satisfaction of the customer, so be at ease. Our goal is the same as yours, in fact. Before you make the purchase, please read carefully the terms of the refund policy. Please provide additional information when asked, to make the refund process as easiest and smoothest possible. (like why are you dissatisfied with the product, and what makes it difficult for you to use the product)
Approving your request is what starts the process of your refund. After a certain amount of days, the credit is automatically applied. Either to your credit card or to the original method of payment. It usually depends on the bank and its payment processor system.
Late or missing refunds
On rare occasions, banks sometimes misplace some refund orders. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Your credit card company also needs some time for the refund to be posted officially. So, please contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
